I am here to awaken the parts of you that have been ignored, silenced, or misunderstood — the ego that’s been asking for attention, the inner child waiting to be held, and the generational wounds you’ve been carrying without even realizing it. Through conscious reparenting, we can begin to heal these deep-rooted issues.
My work lives at the intersection of emotional wellness, spiritual awareness, and grounded self-leadership. As an emotional wellness coach, I teach what I’ve lived and guide where I’ve walked.
Everything I share comes from experience, intuition, and a deep connection to something greater. My approach also emphasizes generational healing, helping you break free from cycles that no longer serve you.
